Die-cutting is a process used in many industries to cut materials such as rubber, plastic, paper, corrugated board, and polyethylene foam. Those materials can be cut into any shape by using plate die-cuts. Plate die-cut is a tool made from steel rule, which is bent into shape of the carton box, and inserted into the plywood. Experience is very important for making a plate die-cut, as it is very complex to make. Therefore only experts can do.
Die-cut box or die-cut carton can be cut into several beautiful shapes. This allows you to increase brand image and value of the product. As die-cut boxes are delicate works, and needed experts to design and create, so the price of die-cut boxes are higher than RSC boxes, and there is an additional cost of die-cut plate plate.
